Thank you for supporting Quiet Edge Art! I take great care in packaging and presenting each piece - whether it is an original artwork, a fine art print, or a postcard.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my products, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at michelle@quietedgeart.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will do my best to resolve it quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product:
• Contact me within 7 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
• A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation
Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom artwork and commissions are non-refundable once confirmed, as these are made specifically for you. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will be happy to discuss options.
